By using this site, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products & Condition Disclosure

EBShop sells a curated selection of pre-owned and new items, which may include:

  • DVDs, Blu-rays, and video games

  • Electronics and accessories

  • Clothing and apparel

  • Shoes, hats, and wearable items

  • Toys, collectibles, and novelty items

  • Household goods or miscellaneous items

  • Any future categories added to EBShop

Every item is individually inspected and described to the best of our ability.
Conditions may include (but are not limited to): new/sealed, excellent, very good, good, or acceptable.

Because many items are pre-owned, minor wear should be expected. Any major flaws will be noted in the listing.

2. Pricing & Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice.
Items may sell out at any time, even after being added to a cart.

EBShop reserves the right to cancel or refund any order for issues including, but not limited to:

  • inventory errors

  • incorrect pricing

  • duplicate purchases

  • items no longer available

If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.

Shipping methods may include:

  • USPS Media Mail

  • USPS Ground Advantage

  • USPS First Class / Priority

  • Other carriers as needed

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, tracking updates and delivery timelines are outside EBShop’s control.

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Because many products are one-of-a-kind or individually sourced, EBShop does not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • fit issues (clothing)

  • buyer’s remorse

  • cosmetic wear disclosed in the listing

  • digital code validity

  • condition disagreements when the item matches photos/descriptions

Exceptions:
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, contact us within 7 days at:

Provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Explanation of the issue

We will review and resolve it quickly.

5. Clothing & Wearable Item Policy

Clothing, shoes, and wearable items are sold as-is based on measurements, descriptions, and photos provided.

Because sizing varies across brands and eras, EBShop cannot guarantee fit, and returns for sizing issues are not accepted.

All clothing is inspected for stains, holes, and odors. Any notable flaws are disclosed.

6. Payment & Billing

Payment is securely processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and any additional approved processors.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate billing and shipping information

  • not attempt fraudulent chargebacks

  • authorize EBShop to collect payment for placed orders

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • interfere with site functionality

  • attempt unauthorized access to the store or database

  • use the site for illegal or abusive activities

  • copy or misuse EBShop branding, images, or text

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EBShop is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • shipping delays outside our control

  • lost or stolen packages (once marked delivered)

  • issues arising from third-party carriers or platforms

Your exclusive remedy for any issue is limited to the item’s purchase price.
