At EBShop, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at support@electricbasement.tv with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
Items must be in the same condition as received. For used media (DVDs, Blu-rays, games), returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless:

The wrong item was shipped
In these cases, we cover the return label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 3–5 business days after inspection.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll replace it if available or issue a refund if a replacement is not in stock.
