Processing Time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days after purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

We ship all items via USPS using the most cost-effective and reliable method based on the product type:

• Media Mail (DVDs, Blu-Rays)

• Ground Advantage / First Class (Video games, items under 1 lb)

• Priority Mail (for heavier or upgraded shipments)

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard: 3–7 business days

• Expedited (optional upgrade): 2–4 business days

Shipping Rates
Flat-rate shipping based on weight and category.
Free shipping available on select promotional bundles.

Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Media items are shipped in padded mailers; multi-item orders may ship in boxes.

Shipping Errors
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Lost Packages
Once a package is handed to USPS, tracking will provide status updates.
If tracking shows no movement after 7 days, we’ll assist in opening a USPS case on your behalf.
